Lexis is a Philippines-based English-test preparation platform for IELTS, PTE, and the Michigan English Test (MET). Each product uses original material, a test-specific runner, and the scoring language appropriate to that exam. Selected packages add expert human-rated Writing and Speaking review. Lexis was built by Brian Martin Sioson, a Band 9.0 IELTS scorer with 15 years of teaching experience.

Lexis currently supports IELTS Academic and General Training, PTE Academic and PTE Core, and MET. Use the exam selector before purchasing because the test format, scoring scale, package inclusions, and available practice content are different for each product.

The MET collection has three levels: a free Mini Test, a Mock Pack with 10 full-length practice exams and 60 days of access, and a Success Package with a four-skill Readiness Check, all 10 mocks, the five-part Overview Course, the MET Masterclass series, 120 practice items with feedback, 90 Writing and Speaking model responses with coach notes, and 90 days of access.

The five-part MET Overview Course explains the test structure, scoring, core strategies, and what to expect on test day. It is designed to give you a clear foundation before you begin the longer practice exams.

The MET Masterclasses are focused strategy lessons for the four tested skills. They demonstrate practical approaches you can apply to Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading and Grammar tasks.

The ₱1,500 PTE Academic and PTE Core Mock Packages include 10 full computer-based mock exams with recorded speaking, timed tasks, AI scoring, PTE-specific score reporting, and 60 days of access. The separate PTE Practice Studio is not included; Practice access is only included when a package is explicitly marked as including it.

On one designated mock in your package, an IELTS instructor reviews your writing and speaking submissions and gives you detailed annotations, an instructor note, and a sub-band breakdown across Task Response, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, and Grammatical Range and Accuracy. It is the same kind of feedback you would get from a face-to-face teacher, the kind AI cannot reliably produce — an expert layer on top of the AI scoring you get on every mock.

Three differences: every passage and prompt is authored in-house (no scanned Cambridge tests), each package adds an expert human-rated Writing and Speaking review on one mock on top of instant AI scoring on all of them, and the platform is founded by Brian Martin Sioson, a teacher with verified Band 9.0 scores across all four IELTS sections, who personally trains the instructors.

The IELTS Mock Package includes 10 full mock exams covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking; instant AI grading with sub-band breakdowns on every mock; an expert human-rated Writing and Speaking review on one mock with detailed instructor feedback; and 60 days of access for ₱1,500.

60 days from the date of purchase. That is enough time to work through all 10 mocks at a sustainable pace of one to two per week.

Each mock exam is a single attempt, just like the real IELTS test. With 10 full mocks in the package, you have plenty of opportunities to practise and track your improvement across attempts.

The mocks follow the exact IELTS structure, timing, and band-scoring criteria. The passages and prompts are original, written by our team, so you get realistic difficulty without the recycled material you find on most other prep sites.

Your AI scores arrive within minutes of finishing any mock. For the human-rated mock, an IELTS instructor typically returns the rated review within a few days of submission. The review appears inside your account alongside your AI scores, with annotations and a written instructor note.

On the human-rated mock in your package, both writing and speaking are reviewed by our human experts. Each mock is taken as a complete test, just like the real IELTS, so all sections are covered. For writing, you receive annotations and a band breakdown. For speaking, your recorded answers are reviewed with feedback on fluency, pronunciation, and coherence. Every other mock still gets full AI scoring on all four skills.

Lexis raters are IELTS-trained instructors who have themselves taken the test and achieved stellar IELTS marks. They are calibrated against Brian's 9.0 standard, and Brian personally reviews a sample of every rater's work for quality control.

Most students need 4–8 weeks of focused preparation to move up one band. The Lexis 60-day Mock Package is designed for this typical window: 10 mocks pace out to roughly two per week, leaving time for review and targeted practice between attempts.

Most universities and visa programs require Band 6.5 to 7.5. Specific programs (medicine, law, top-tier universities, certain immigration tracks) require Band 7.5 to 8.0. Check your destination program's requirement before setting a target.
